WIDOS Weld It 315 Teräsversio

WIDOS Weld It 315 butt-welding machines with heating element for the building site and in the trench, steel version.

Solid welding machines in steel version for the heating element butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes as well as fittings from OD 90 up to OD 315. Maximum force 590 daN with 100 bar, maximum working pressure appr. 220 bar.

The WI-PRECISION ® basic machine is made of steel. However, the weight is relatively low due to the modern sheet steel construction.

Despite the slim optics, the basic machine is very stable and extremely torsion-free.

The basic machine has a double clamping device with quick clamping on the fixed and on the movable side. These are each guided on two guiding shafts. There are two flexible hoses with quick-action couplings for the connection to the hydraulic control unit. The double clamping devices are incorporated into the steel pipe frame.

The outer fix clamping device can be easily dismounted by removing three screws in order to weld at difficult accessible places, e.g. in trenches or at branches of T-pieces. Due to the slim clamping tools, it is also possible to fix fittings with very short straight ends easily and safe.

A knee lever system is used for clamping the components, i.e. knurled handles or nuts with socket wrench are not necessary, trouble-free working without additional tools is possible.

The WI-FORCE ® hydraulic unit (230 V / 750 W), to move the right-hand clamping devices and for the exact control of the welding forces, has a pressure backup without electricity to support the welding force during cooling down and two quick-action couplings as well as an analogue pressure gauge for the exact indication of the pressure.

The WI-HEAT ® (230 V / 2100 W) heating element is suspended from the guide shafts, is anti-stick coated, has a thermostatic temperature control with display, a control lamp, an on/off-switch and a connecting cable with shock-proof plug.

The WI-CUTTING ® planer (230 V / 950 W) is suspended from the guide shafts, has a chain drive in a closed aluminum housing, a planer locking device and an automatic external chip removal.

For the heat-protected storage of the heating element and the planer, a reception box is available.

The WI-FIX ® reducer inserts are just clicked into place. Screws for fixing the clamping inserts are no longer necessary.

The transport box (123 x 86 x 67 cm) consists of appr. 1,5 cm wooden plates and is very stable. While working with the machine, no tools are needed.
